Payment and Fees: The client agrees to pay the photographer the agreed-upon fee for the photoshoot. Any additional fees, such as travel or equipment rental, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. A deposit may be required to secure the photographer's services and the remainder of the fee will be due upon completion of the shoot.

Ownership and Usage: The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the shoot. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for their intended purpose.

Image Editing: The photographer reserves the right to edit the images as they see fit, including but not limited to, color correction, cropping, and retouching. The client may request specific editing adjustments, but the photographer is not obligated to make those changes.

Model Release: If the photos include recognizable individuals, it is the client's responsibility to get permission from them to use the photos. The photographer is not responsible if any legal problems arise from using the photos.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the photoshoot, they must provide notice to the photographer as soon as possible. Any deposit or fees paid may be forfeited in the case of a cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

Liability: The photographer is not liable for any damage or loss to the client's property that may occur during the shoot. The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of their property and any individuals present during the shoot.

Confidentiality: The photographer will keep any confidential information shared by the client during the shoot confidential, and will not share it with any third party without the client's written consent.

Governing Law: This agreement will be ruled by and interpreted according to the laws of the place where the photographer is located.
